Montalbetti S.p.A., in compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, has implemented a dedicated digital platform for the management of reports concerning violations of current laws and regulations, including unlawful acts, actions, and omissions related to breaches of European legislation that harm the public interest or the integrity of the company, as defined by Legislative Decree 24/2023.

All reports received by the Company will be reviewed by the designated report manager. The whistleblower will be informed upon receipt of the report and throughout each stage of its handling.

The platform, managed by a third-party provider, ensures the confidentiality of personal data, the whistleblower’s identity, and the content of the report, except as required by law.

Any retaliatory action against the whistleblower, directly or indirectly related to the report, is strictly prohibited. The Company will impose disciplinary sanctions and/or other measures against individuals who submit reports in bad faith or with gross negligence, aimed at damaging the reputation of unjustly reported parties.
