Demolition of buildings with reinforced concrete load-bearing structures and brick infill walls, covered with bituminous membrane roofing, with variable heights ranging from 6.50 m to 21 m, totaling a volume of approximately 73,000 m³. Remediation and removal of asbestos-containing roofing, totaling 570 m².

Demolition of buildings located in the northern part of the Municipality of Crema, in the area known as “Ex Ferriera,” in the Santa Maria della Croce district, bordered to the north by Via Gaeta and to the south by the railway.
